(1) The necessary basis and criteria for regulating land fragmentation control and allotment shall be as prescribed.
(2) Modernization, mechanization, commercialization, cooperative farming, collective farming and public farming in agricultural land by the ministry, state government and local level. It will be able to organize and carry out the Chaklabandi program by uniting the parcels of land of the specified area.
(3) Ministries, provincial governments and local levels can conduct special facility programs to encourage chaklabandi and land consolidation programs.
(4) Other arrangements related to conducting Chaklabandi program shall be as prescribed.
